We are very pleased to invite you to the CS Aylmer 2024 AGM, which will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December¹, 2024, at the Centre communautaire Jeunesse (92 rue du patrimoine).

As you know, your involvement in the club is essential to its smooth operation. We are therefore counting on your participation at this AGM.

This year, to make it easier for as many of you as possible to attend, we've decided to organize an on-site soccer activity for your children. This activity will be supervised by the club's educators for the duration of the AGM. Your children will be able to accompany you and will be looked after during the AGM.

At the end of the meeting, we'll be happy to share a snack with the parents and children present.

To facilitate the organization of the meeting, we kindly ask you to fill in the questionnaire attached to this invitation and return it to us, by e-mail, as soon as possible.
