    U4 PROGRAM FALL-WINTER 2026-2027

    • PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

      This program is aimed at players born in 2022 who wish to discover or practice recreational soccer in a fun and supervised environment.

      🗓 Frequency : 1 session per week

      Duration :
      U4 : 45 minutes

      👥 Management : Certified educators and young educators in training

      The practices are composed of :
      ✅Motor skills/technical workshops
      ✅Early learning games
      ✅Small matches adapted to age

      Program objectives
      Developing a passion for soccer from a very young age
      To encourage the discovery of group life : respect, sharing, tolerance, solidarity
      Working on the basics of movement : forward/backward running, jumps, dodges, etc.
      Introducing simple technical skills : ball control, use of different parts of the foot, movement with the ball

      For kids born between 2010 and 2017

      Do you dream of diving, catching every ball, and becoming an unbeatable wall? This program is made for you!
      Guided by a specialized coach, our 1-hour sessions are designed to develop all the essential skills of a goalkeeper:

      ➡️ Quick movements
      ➡️ Secure ball handling
      ➡️ Spectacular dives
      ➡️ Coordination and reflexes
      ➡️ Accurate throws

      Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll find your place! Skill-level groups will be formed at each session to ensure learning suited to everyone.

      👧👦 Girls and boys will train together in an inclusive, encouraging, and safe environment.
